Not a Direct Lender
Business Fuel Capital is not a bank, credit union, direct lender, or financial institution. We do not make credit decisions, issue commitments to lend, fund loans, or determine the rates or terms of any financing product. All credit decisions are made solely by our lending partners based on their independent underwriting criteria. Submission of our contact form does not constitute an application for credit and does not guarantee that financing will be offered or made available.
No Guarantee of Funding
We make no representation that any business will qualify for or receive financing. The availability of working capital, loan amounts, interest rates, factor rates, repayment terms, and approval decisions are determined entirely by our lending partners. We do not guarantee approval, specific funding amounts, or particular terms.
Commercial Financing Disclosures
The financing products facilitated through our platform include commercial products such as merchant cash advances, business term loans, and lines of credit. These products are commercial in nature. Certain states have enacted commercial financing disclosure laws that may require additional disclosures at the time a financing offer is presented. Any required state-specific disclosures will be provided by the lending partner at the time a financing offer is made.
